Frequently Asked Questions...

How long does an order take?
Ideally, 2 months is requested from deposit to shipping date. I will do rush orders for an additional fee. I limit my orders, so it is best to reach out and inquire if I have availability.

Where are you located?
My studio is located in Kamloops BC, but designs and fittings can be done at Skater's Edge Skate Shop in Coquitlam BC. I make accommodations for my clients! Fittings can also be done online via zoom or you can submit a measurement form (these measurements must be confirmed).

What crystals do you use?
I only use crystals produced in Austria for skating garments.

Do you create men's garments?
Yes! I create many outfits for men ranging from Star 1 up to Senior Men's!

How long have you been designing skating garments?
I have been creating skating dresses for 15+ years! Before then, I loved sewing everything from household items, children's clothing to bridal gowns!

Shipping.
I express ship all of my Canadian orders via Canada Post. International orders are shipped via UPS.

What if there is a problem with my order?
I include one additional fitting in my design process, usually before embellishments are added. This ensures that the garment fits correctly. After the garment is delivered to the client, from time to time, there may be minor issues that happen. A seam may rip or a crystal fall off, these things happen. Once the garment has been worn for a practice session, simulation or competition, it is the responsibility of client to arrange and pay for those repairs.

Do you make Dance or Synchronized Team garments?
Yes! I do require more time to create these team garments and additional fittings may be necessary, depending on the design.

How do I care for my garment?
It is very important that you spot wash in cool water. Many of my designs use a spray technique for the ombre effect. These are heat set, but can still experience fading with washing. Some lace applications can also bleed, so using a mild soap and spot washing in cool water is best.
